ZHUOYA WANG was born in 2013 and began studying piano at 5 years with Mrs Maddalena De Facci. In 2020 she passed the first level of the pre-academic course and then, the second level in 2022, both with full marks at “A. Steffani” Conservatory in Castelfranco Veneto.
She attended Masterclasses with the Professors Giampaolo Nuti, Marian Mika, Vincenzo Balzani and Natalia Trull.
In 2022 she had solo debut with the “Concentus Musicus Patavinus” orchestra playing at the Sala dei Giganti of Palazzo Liviano in Padua and in 2023 she had her first piano recital at the “I concerti del Tempietto” Festival in Rome. She played piano recital in Monferrato Piano Festival too.
Zhuoya was awarded as Absolute First Prize in many piano competitions including the “Premio Crescendo” competitions in Florence, “Giulio Rospigliosi” competitions in Lamporecchio, “Riviera Etrusca” competitions in Piombino, “Città di Albenga ”, “Val Tidone international”, “Ars Nova” in Trieste, “Cittá di Treviso”, “Oltregiogo” in Gavi, “Ciità di Scarperia”, “Maria Labia Competition” in Malcesine, “Piano Day” in Turin, “Ugo Amendola” in Mogliano Veneto and “European competition “Don Enrico Smaldone” within which he also received the mention of the critical jury.
She recently won Second Prize at “Young Vituoso Piano Competitoon” in Zagreb and in 2023, after two rounds, she won the Second Prize at the prestigious international competition “Genève Musicale” in Geneva. She was also awarded in the 2020 edition of the Mazovia Festival in Sochaczew (Poland).
