Introduction
Through the organisation of an International Competition for Young Musicians and an International Festival, Genève Musicale supports emerging talents by offering them meaningful and formative stage experiences. The Competition is open to musicians under the age of 18 from around the world, while the Festival brings laureates together with established artists and a Swiss orchestra, fostering a spirit of intergenerational dialogue.
The association’s projects give particular attention to Swiss musical creation, the diversity of artistic paths and encounters between cultures. Concerts, masterclasses, outreach activities and live streaming allow Genève Musicale to reach a wide audience—both experienced listeners and newcomers—and to promote music as a living, accessible and shared language.
